1. How do I book with DecoRachel?
To book, simply get in touch via email or our contact form with your event details, including date, location, and ideas. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Our instagram and fb page isn't monitored.
2. Is there a minimum spend?
Yes generally there is a minimum spend, typically around £100, plus delivery.
3. How far in advance should I book?
We can take bookings your to six months in advance to your event.
4. What services do you offer?
We provide balloon displays, personalised signage, table décor, and full event styling for occasions like birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and hen parties.
5. Can you customise designs to my theme?
Yes absolutely! All designs can be tailored to your theme, colour scheme, and event style to create something unique
6. Do you work with specific venues?
We work across a variety of venues, from private homes to established event spaces. While we’re familiar with several popular venues in Lincolnshire, we’re always happy to create bespoke setups in new locations.
7. Do you deliver and set up the decorations?
Yes, we handle delivery, full setup, and collection (for hired items), so you can enjoy your event stress-free.
8. What areas do you cover?
We are based in Lincolnshire and cover surrounding areas. If you're unsure, just ask!
9. Will everything be ready before my event starts?
Yes, we aim to have everything set up and ready before your arrival or event start time. If we run over we will let you know asap.
10. Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes , changes may be possible depending on notice and availability. Please contact us as soon as possible.
11. What happens if something is damaged or not right?
Please let us know immediately and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue. We always take completion photos but sometimes an item ordered could be missed.
12. What if I have damaged a hired item?
Please be honest and contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the damage you may be charged for cost of new prop etc.

By securing your booking with Decorachel, you are agreeing to the following terms, which are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Latex allergies must be declared prior to booking.
​
A 50 percent booking fee is required to secure your date and this fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to your event as agreed at the time of booking.

Once your display has been set up or collected it becomes the client’s responsibility and we may take photographs upon completion for portfolio and marketing purposes.
​
Our displays are carefully installed and must not be moved or adjusted once in place as this may affect both appearance and stability.
​
Please ensure clear access to the venue at the agreed setup time as delays may impact the final setup.
​
Suitable parking or loading access must be available close to the setup area.
​
The setup location must be agreed in advance and should not be changed on the day without prior discussion.
​
Helium filled balloons have an approximate float time of 8 to 12 hours which can vary depending on temperature and environmental conditions and for best results we recommend same day setup.

Balloons should be kept away from direct sunlight and heat sources including radiators underfloor heating and open fires as heat can reduce their lifespan.
​
Outdoor displays are subject to weather conditions and we cannot guarantee their longevity in wind rain or extreme temperatures.

All hired items remain the responsibility of the client while in their care and any damage or loss may incur a charge including full replacement where necessary.

Please do not place any hired glassware in the dishwasher
Collection times for hired items will be arranged in advance and items must be left in a safe and accessible location.

Balloons can present a choking hazard and children should be supervised at all times around displays.
​
Displays may be treated with a finishing product to enhance their appearance and care should be taken as this may transfer onto clothing or nearby surfaces.
​
While we use high quality materials balloons are delicate and may occasionally pop due to factors beyond our control.
​
We reserve the right to leave any event where staff feel unsafe, disrespected, or subjected to abusive behaviour, and in such cases no refund will be issued.
