1. BOOKING INFORMATION
​
Please ensure you provide the full address for your venue, including postcode and contact number. If your booking is with Ashlin Farm Barns please ensure you inform us of the correct barn name, I will contact Natalie to let her know I am coming. If your booking is for another venue please ensure you have given me the correct address and you have double checked access times. Some of our displays are a quick drop off others may take 2-3 hours to set up . This time needs to be considered and discussed to ensure a smooth set up. If your booking is with Ashlin Farm Barns please let me know accurate dates and check in as well as check out timings. You are responsible for all hired items from check in to check out and will be invoiced if items become damaged within these times.

If you collect items from our address we do not take any responsibility for any items once they leave our property.

At Ashlin Farm Barns we will where possible advise on best set ups and decor for your barn. Please consider high ceilings in other venues, we can of course advise. Unfortunately it is not down to DecoRachel if items chosen aren't appropriate for the venue. Decorations may be moved to a different room (even in a barn) or we may even take it upon ourselves to change decorations if the venue has restrictions. There will be no refund given if we have to make these changes. Due to ever changing stock availability DecoRachel reserves the right to change colour of balloons or design, this will always be kept within your theme.

We accept no responsibility of the balloons once we have left the venue, photos will be taken on completion. Please understand that the temperature of the room/ or outdoors will affect the lifespan of balloons. This includes air conditioning , normal heating (especially underfloor heating) or log burners. Some of our displays (mainly air filled displays) have been treated with a 'shine spray ' , DecoRachel is not responsible for any transfer of this product to clothing or other. Please be careful near the display. DecoRachel accepts no responsibility for any decorations which may burst or deflate due to being moved or interfered with by yourself , your guests or the venue staff, or anyone after we have left the venue.

2. DEPOSIT

We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit, agreed at the time of booking, which is on your confirmation from us. Our website will take full payment upon booking. Unfortunately currently we don't have the ability to take part payment through our new website. If you would like to pay in stages please email us on bookings@decorachel.co.uk . All balances are due two weeks before your event to ensure enough time is given to order stock. All monies owed are to be paid before any set up. We are happy to make changes to your order i.e colours etc but please do this asap if stock has already been allocated we may not be able to do this but we will always do our upmost to accommodate.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND DATE TRANSFER

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. The remaining amount is to be paid two weeks before your event. If your event is cancelled unfortunately no refund will be processed. I can however transfer your booking to a later date subject to my availability. It is to the discretion of DecoRachel Ltd to whether the booking fee is refunded. If your booking can no longer go ahead because of a lock down you will receive a full refund. Due to our website being very new we are unable to take part payment.

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Latex allergies MUST be declared before booking.
Our displays are positioned where DecoRachel feels is the most safe and appropriate. If you the customer, the venue or your guests move our display we are not responsible for any damage this may cause. If this causes damage to the hired items you will be charged for the cost of a new item. Balloons are hazardous to children/ animals , as there is a risk of choking therefore please do no leave children unsupervised around your display.
Although we use latex balloons where possible which are biodegradable please DO NOT release any balloons. DecoRachel does not condone balloon releases and will not cater to an event that involves this. Foil balloons can be reused or disposed of in an appropriate manner. There are many videos on YouTube showing how to reuse foil balloons.

DecoRachel sometimes uses a product which creates a shiny affect on your latex balloons. If the venue doesn't allow us to use this we will not be able to. If you have a barn and I have been informed you have a dog staying or young children I may also chose to not use this product. However if I use this product it is not DecoRachel's responsibility to ensure children don't touch the display or animals. Please ensure nobody touches the display with this product on as the product can transfer to clothing or other items.
